Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AN ABNORMAL NOISE WAS HEARD COMING FROM THE VEHICLE. ALSO, WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED, THE CONTACT HAD TO DOWNSHIFT DUE TO THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE DEALER HAD THE VEHICLE FOR LONGER THAN TWO WEEKS AND THE CONTACT WAS UNCERTAIN AS TO WHEN THE VEHICLE WOULD BE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000.
