Consumer Description

WHEN DRIVING AT LOW SPEEDS THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY DIES AND THE INSTRUMENT PANEL GOES COMPLETELY OUT, ALL ELECTRICAL GOES OUT, EXCEPT FOR THE RADIO PANEL, BUT NO SPEAKER SOUND. WHEN TRYING TO START THE VEHICLE, EVEN WITH REMOVING THE KEY, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL REMAINS OUT, RADIO PANEL STILL ON WITH NO SOUND. AFTER ABOUT 4-6 KEY TURNS THE TRUCK STARTS AGAIN. THIS HAPPENED ONCE IN A DRIVE THROUGH WHILE MOVING, AND A SECOND TIME, WHILE IN A PARKING LOT AT 5+ MPH. CALIFORNIA TRUCK, 24K MILES. HAPPENED ON A WARM ENGINE 74 DAY. NO MODS TO THE TRUCK, NO SPEED CHIP INSTALLED. INQUIRED WITH DEALER, NO RECALL, NO PREVIOUS SERVICE HISTORY ON THE TRUCK IN THE SYSTEM.
