Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET COLORADO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE IDLED ABNORMALLY AND BEGAN LEAKING OIL. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT FOUR CYLINDERS IN THE ENGINE WERE DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 107,000. THE VIN WAS NOT PROVIDED. UPDATED 06/14/17 *BF *AS
