Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA ODYSSEY. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS OR MAKING A TURN, THE SECOND ROW DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEATS FAILED TO LOCK IN PLACE AND INDEPENDENTLY SWAYED FROM SIDE TO SIDE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OPERATING AS DESIGNED. THE VEHICLE WAS PREVIOUSLY SERVICED PER AN UNKNOWN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER RELATED TO THE SEATS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 27,000.
