Consumer Description

CAR OVERHEATS WHEN STOPPED IN HEAVY TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAY (BUMPER TO BUMPER, RUSH HR. )AND ON LOCAL STREETS AT TRAFFIC LIGHTS. COOLING FANS NOT COMING ON. HAD IT TOWED TO A GARAGE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH COOLING SYSTEM THAT WAS UNDER RECALL. I CONTACTED DEALERSHIP WHO ASKED FOR MY VIN # AND SAID THERE WAS NO RECALLS ON MY VEHICLE PERTAINING TO THE COOLING SYSTEM.
