Consumer Description
ON SEPTEMBER OF 2016, I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE STATING THAT THE POTENTIAL LOSS OF AIRBAG AND SEAT BELT PRETENSIONER DEPLOYMENT DURING A CRASH MAY INCREASE THE RISK OF INJURY. IT ALSO STATED THAT WHEN A REMEDY AND PARTS WERE AVAILABLE, I WOULD BE NOTIFIED. I HAVE BEEN DRIVING THIS CAR FOR 7 MONTHS (PROBABLY FOR 5 YEARS, SINCE I PURCHASED IT NEW) WITHOUT THIS NEEDED PROTECTION, AND THERE HAS BEEN NO NOTIFICATION YET. WHEN CAN I EXPECT CHRYSLER TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM?
