Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 JEEP LIBERTY. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD NOISE. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND NOTICED THAT THE DRIVER'S SIDE BALL JOINT WAS FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
