TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 BUICK LACROSSE. WHILE REVERSING, THE POWER STEERING SEIZED AND THE POWER TRAIN WARNING SENSOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 10,000.
