Consumer Description

APPROACHING A T INTERESECTION ON A REIDENTIAL STREET AT ABOUT 15 MPH, I TURNED RIGHT AND THE VEHICLE STEERING WAS HARD AND I HELD ON TO THE STEERING WHEEL TO DIRECT THE VEHICLE TO THE STREET ON THE RIGHT. I STEPPED ON THE BRAKES IT DID NOT RESPOND. I STEPPED ON THE PARKING BRAKE FOOT PEDAL AND THE BRAKE DASHBOARD LITE TURNED ON BUT VEHICLE KEPT GOING..I PANICKED AND SOMEHOW I MANAGED TO SLOW DOWN AND SHIFT THE VEHICLE TO P THE TO D THEN TO P AND TURNED OFF THE IGNITION. I CHECKED THE ENGINE, BRAKE FLUID AND POWER STEERING FLUID..EVERYTHING WAS OK.
