Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHEVROLET AVALANCHE. WHILE ACCELERATING THE VEHICLE PULLED FROM SIDE TO SIDE. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE MOTOR SHOCK WAS WORN OUT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V381000 (AIR BAGS). THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 90,000. UPDATED 05/30/17*LJ "LEFT MOTOR SUPPORT" IS LOOSE IN THE VHEICLE, SO WHEN ACCELARTING ON THE LEFT, MOTOR LIFTS UP. *AS
