Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 HONDA CR-V. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE COMING FROM THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR WAS UNLOCKED. A RECALL REPAIR WAS PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE RECALL DETAILS WERE NOT PROVIDED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
