Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 RAM 1500. WHILE ACCELERATING, THE DRIVER SEAT ROCKED AND MOVED BACKWARDS WITHOUT WARNING. WHEN THE CONTACT DECELERATED, THE DRIVER SEAT SLID FORWARD. THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE ISSUE WAS DUE TO A MANUFACTURER DESIGN. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,000.
