Consumer Description

TAKATA RECALL. I HAVE A NOTICE THAT A RECALL IS ACTIVE ON MY VEHICLE. I CALLED THE DEALER TO HAVE IT RESOLVED AND THEY SAY THAT THERE ARE NO PARTS TO MAKE THE REPAIRS AND HAVE NO IDEA WHEN ANY WILL BE AVAILABLE. THE RECALL STATES THAT IF I AM IN A COLLISION AND MY PASSENGER AIR BAG DEPLOYS, THAT MY PASSENGER CAN RECEIVE INJURY OR EVEN DEATH FROM FLYING PIECES OF METAL. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN WE BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE AROUND IN THESE POSSIBLE DEATH MACHINES AND NOBODY SEEMS TO BE DOING ANYHTING ABOUT IT.?????
