TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE REAR DRIVER SIDE WINDOW PANEL SHATTERED. THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE WINDOW WAS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 87,000.
