Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 INFINITI Q70. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE IN THE DRIVEWAY, IT SURGED FORWARD AND CRASHED INTO THE PARKING BARRIER IN THE NEIGHBOR'S YARD. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING THE FAILURE OCCURRED TWICE. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE FRONT END AND UNDERCARRIAGE OF THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED SEVERE DAMAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES.
