TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET IMPALA. WHILE ENTERING THE PARKED VEHICLE, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER FLOOR HAD A PUDDLE OF WATER AFTER IT RAINED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE WATER ENTERED THE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE THROUGH THE FIREWALL. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. UPDATED 10/17/17*LJ
