TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE RAM 2500. WHILE TRAVELLING 65 MPH, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS MALFUNCTIONED AND FAILED TO OPERATE AT ANY SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE WIPER MOTOR NEEDED REPLACEMENT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 09V084000 (VISIBILITY). THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
