TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT COMES ON, ESC TURNS OFF, VEHICLE SPUTTERS WHEN THESE LIGHTS ILLUMINATE AND ENGINE LIGHT BLINKS WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD, SIMILIAR RECALL FOR OLDER MODEL WAS FOUND NHTSA RECALL 14V252 BUT MY YEAR OF VEHICLE IS NOT INCLUDED, CAN THIS BE THE SAME ISSUE
