Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 GMC SIERRA 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRAME RUSTED ALL OVER WITHOUT WARNING. THE DEALER DETERMINED THAT IT WAS SURFACE RUST, WHICH WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT SURFACE RUST WAS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. THE FAILURE WAS NOT REMEDIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 24,000.
