TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 TOYOTA PRIUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SOY BASED PLASTIC CABIN ENTRYWAYS WERE MISSING THE SCREENS. THE FAILURE ALLOWED RODENTS AND MICE TO ENTER THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
