Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD NO POWER SLIDING DOOR FUNCTIONALITY AND NEEDED TO BE MANUALLY OPERATED, AS SUGGESTED BY THE MANUFACTURER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V858000(STRUCTURE); HOWEVER, THE PART FOR THE RECALL REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,000. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
