Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 NISSAN JUKE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENGINE WAS IDLING LOW. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO, INITIALLY, WAS UNABLE TO REPLICATE THE FAILURE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER, IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TURBO CHARGER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER AND THE DEALER INDICATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS EXCLUDED FROM A MANUFACTURER RECALL AND PROVIDED NO SOLUTION. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,000.
