TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 BMW 535I. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE STALLED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, BUT THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 85,000.
