Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 3500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD AN ABNORMAL NOISE. THE STEERING PULLED TO THE LEFT AND RIGHT AND THE CONTACT LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO MERGE THE VEHICLE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE HUB ASSEMBLY HAD TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 22,000.
