Consumer Description

UPON ACCELERATION, THE INTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE BEGINS TO SMELL LIKE ROTTEN EGG. I HAVE NOTICED IT FOR AWHILE AND ASSUMED IT WAS A SMELL COMING FROM OUTSIDE. I BEGIN TO TAKE NOTE OF IT ONLY HAPPENING UPON ACCELERATION. I HAVE INFORMED THE DEALERSHIP WHERE PURCHASED AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT FORD IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT THAT THERE IS NO REPAIR/FIX FOR IT. UPON FURTHER RESEARCH, OTHER PEOPLE HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT AND THAT IT IS CARBON MONOXIDE, WHICH IS TOXIC. I HAVE GRANDCHILDREN THAT I PICK UP FROM SCHOOL EVERY DAY AND DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THIS HAPPENING. THERE HAS BEEN NO FORMAL RECALL. WHAT INFORMATION CAN YOU GIVE ME? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE *TR
