THIS COMPLAINT WAS FILED UNDER THE WRONG VIN NO. THE COMPLAINT IS BEING SUBMITTED AGAIN WITH THE TYPO CORRECTED WITH THE CORRECT VIN [XXX]. THE INCORRECT VIN NO. WAS SUBMITTED WITH MY COMPLAINT # 10944956. THE DETAILS WERE SUBMITTED WITH COMPLAINT #10944956 AND ALL OTHER INFO SUBMITTED FOR THAT COMPLAINT EARLIER TODAY 20170111 ARE CORRECT. THIS SUBMISSION IS NOT A NEW, SECOND COMPLAINT BUT IS INSTEAD A CORRECTION TO THE VIN NO. GIVEN FOR MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT TO BE SUBMITTED AS A CORRECTION. THE NUMBER OF OCCURRENCES OF THE PROBLEM WITH THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION GETTING STUCK IN PARK HAS OCCURRED WITH INCREASING FREQUENCY SINCE 2014, THE MOST RECENT OCCURRENCE WAS ON 9/05/16 AT THE DEALERSHIP WHERE I BOUGHT THE CAR.
