Consumer Description

WAS TOLD THE TIMING CHAIN WAS STRETCHED BY A SERVICE TECHNICIAN AND IT WAS COVERED BY GM WITH AN EXTENDED SERVICE CAMPAIGN, 10 YEARS OR 120,000 MILES. MY VEHICLE HAD APPROXIMATELY 95,000 MILES WHEN THE PROBLEM AS DIAGNOSED. A CADILLAC DEALER CONFIRMED VIA A PHONE CALL THE VEHICLE WAS COVERED. UPON VISITING THE DEALERSHIP, I WAS TOLD THE VEHICLE MAKE/MODEL IS COVERED BUT THE VIN OF MY VEHICLE IS NOT COVERED. THE PROBLEM IS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED BY THE EXTENDED SERVICE CAMPAIGN. *TR
