Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 TOYOTA TUNDRA. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED OR IN MOTION, ALL THE LOCKS IN THE VEHICLE BECAME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DOOR ACTUATOR AND MASTER LOCK FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 20,000.
