Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 1500. AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS PLACED IN THE PARK POSITION AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS ENGAGED, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO ROLL FORWARD MOMENTS AFTER THE DRIVER EXITED THE VEHICLE. AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE GARAGE DOOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNABLE TO BE DETERMINED. IN ADDITION, WHILE DRIVING, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE ABOVE 30 MPH. ON ANOTHER OCCASION, WHILE DRIVING, THE HEADLIGHTS BECAME INOPERABLE AND THE INSTRUMENT PANEL FLICKERED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
