Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBERS: 16V563000 (POWER TRAIN) AND 16V548000 (POWER TRAIN). THE DEALER COMPLETED BOTH REPAIRS, BUT THE REMEDY PROVIDED NO SOLUTION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HESITATED AND JERKED SEVERAL TIMES SHORTLY AFTER BOTH RECALL REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
