Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HONDA ODYSSEY. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH, THE MIDDLE ROW PASSENGER SEAT UNEXPECTEDLY SHIFTED FORWARD, WHICH CAUSED THE PASSENGER'S HEAD TO HIT THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE FAILURE WAS SIMILAR TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V933000 (SEATS); HOWEVER, THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,000.
