Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2006 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 TO 6 MPH AND TURNING LEFT, THE VEHICLE SLID ON WET PAVEMENT AND CRASHED INTO A WALL. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT WAS INJURED AND REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000.
