Consumer Description

MY VEHICLE IS A 2014 DODGE RAM 1500 AND HAS A TURN KNOB SELECTOR ON THE DASHBOARD FOR TRANSMISSION SELECTION. ABOUT A MONTH AGO, EARLY NOVEMBER LATE OCTOBER, I PUT THE SELECTOR IN P AND THE VEHICLE HAD ROLLED TO THE POINT WHERE I PRESSED THE BRAKE AND TURNED IT AGAIN FROM D TO P. THE SECOND TIME ALL WAS OK. I THOUGHT NOTHING ABOUT THIS UNTIL I NOTICED ARTICLES ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. I REPORTED THIS TO MY DEALER, JOHNSON DODGE, WHO ADVISED ME THAT THIS WAS NOT A RECALL AFTER I GAVE THEM MY VIN. JUST MAKING SURE THIS IS A SAFE ISSUE. *TR
