ALMOST CERTAINLY CAUSE BY THE BACK WHEEL FALLING OFF! PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS. EVERY TESLA ON THE ROAD IS IN DANGER OF HAVING A WHEEL SNAP-OFF AT ANY INSTANT.
