Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 NISSAN ALTIMA. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE DRIVER SEAT WAS VERY UNSTABLE AND THE SEAT CUSHION FELT UNEVEN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE SEAT RAIL AND FRAME FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED SIX TIMES, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 300.
