TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT WAS NOT EXPERIENCING A FAILURE UNTIL THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V567000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM). THE DEALER COMPLETED THE RECALL REPAIR, BUT, MONTHS LATER THE VEHICLE STALLED MORE THAN ONCE. THE KEY WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO TURN OVER TO START THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
