Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD MUSTANG. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE MALFUNCTIONED WHEN ACCELERATING OVER 55 MPH. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE BRAKES MALFUNCTIONED WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE CONTACT USED THE EMERGENCY BRAKE TO SLOW DOWN THE VEHICLE AND HAD TO REMOVE THE KEY FROM THE IGNITION TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
