TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD EXPLORER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO RUN AFTER THE IGNITION WAS TURNED OFF. THE FAILURE RECURRED AND DRAINED THE BATTERY. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 37,000.
