Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TOYOTA PRIUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INSTRUMEN PANEL FAILED CAUSING THE CONTACT TO BE ABLE TO VIEW THE READING LEVELS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE COMBO METER FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THAT THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WARRENTY REPAIR HAD EXPIRED AND THAT THE REPAIRS WOULD BE AT THE CONTACTS EXPENSE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 150,000.
