TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 HONDA ACCORD. WHILE THE GEAR SHIFTER WAS IN REVERSE, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO REVERSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED.
