TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD NOISE COMING FROM THE MOTOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO REPLICATE AND DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS ALSO TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,000.
