TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE AVENGER. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE THE VEHICLE AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS THE VEHICLE HESITATED BEFORE ACCELERATING. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO IDENTIFY THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 45,000.
