Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 BUICK LESABRE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH, THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A SECOND VEHICLE. THERE WAS SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO THE FRONT END. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED AN INJURED NECK AND BACK THAT DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED. THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS UNDETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS INVALID. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 205,000.
