WHILE IN MOTION DRIVING ON A BUSY TWO WAY CITY ROADWAY STREET, THE VEHICLE LOST POWER, LOST BRAKES, NO STEERING AND NO ELECTRICAL WHILE IN MOTION, THAT ENDANGERED MY LIFE FROM A HEAD ON COLLISION. CURRENTLY NO POWER, THE WINDOWS ARE OPEN, THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS ARE STUCK.
