Consumer Description

THE WIN MOD HAS AN OPEN CIRCUIT ON IT. THE VEHICLE WILL NOT START AND IF IT IS STARTED STALLS OUT. I CAN BE AT A STOP OR IN MOTION AND LOOSE ALL POWER TO VEHICLE. YESTERDAY DAY 11/12/16 WHILE IN MOTION GOING 70 ON THE FREEWAY I LOST ALL POWER. THERE WAS A RECALL ON THESE UP TO 2010. THIS PROBLEM PART IS A DEALER ONLY PART ( AND ALTHOUGH THE PART IS CHEAP THE LABOR RATE TO FUX THIS IS TERRIBLY INSANE) SO THE CONSUMER CAN'T FIX THIS SAFETY HAZARD
