Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 PONTIAC G6. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED WITH THE EMERGENCY BRAKE APPLIED, THE VEHICLE ROLLED AWAY AND CRASHED INTO A TREE STUMP. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER, BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GEAR SHIFTER WAS REPLACED FIVE TIMES; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 91,000.
