TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET EQUINOX. THE CONTACT NOTICED A VERY STRONG FUEL ODOR INSIDE THE VEHICLE CABIN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS, THE SAME FAILURE OCCURRED, ESPECIALLY IN COLD WEATHER. THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 98,000.
