TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE IN PARK, A PASSENGER ATTEMPTED TO ENTER THE VEHICLE BUT THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE STEP LOOSENED MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR THE PASSENGER TO ENTER THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 131,000.
