MY CAR HESITATES WHEN GOING UP HILL . IT LOOSES ALL POWER AND ONLY DRIVES 5-10 MPH AND WONT GAIN ANY SPEED TILL IM ON FLAT GROUND OR HEADING DOWN HILL.
