Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 FORD FIESTA. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED, BUT RESTARTED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED AND REPAIRED. THE CLUTCH WAS REPLACED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD AN AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE AND THE CLUTCH WAS REPLACED AGAIN. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
